As Showroom Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Showroom. A highly hands on role, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house sale and daily showroom operations.
The role of the Showroom Manager is to drive sales to achieve set targets whilst ensuring the smooth running of the showroom; employee and stock management.
The key areas of responsibility for this role are:
Establish and build customer relationships whilst delivering a high level of customer service
Drive the Showroom team to achieve sales targets
Ensure high levels of customer service are provided at all times
Manage and resolve all customer complaints as required
Manage showroom rostering and ensure adequate planning during peak sale periods
Be aware of competitor sales and promotions
Strictly enforce and comply with all company Quality, Health, & Safety and Environment policies and procedures
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar role, either as a Manager or an Assistant Manager
Previous experience using SAP an advantage
Proven success consistently achieving sales targets
Excellent customer service skills
Clear communication skills
Proven experience leading a team to achieve outstanding results
