As Showroom Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Showroom. A highly hands on role, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house sale and daily showroom operations.

The role of the Showroom Manager is to drive sales to achieve set targets whilst ensuring the smooth running of the showroom; employee and stock management.

The key areas of responsibility for this role are:

  • Establish and build customer relationships whilst delivering a high level of customer service

  • Drive the Showroom team to achieve sales targets

  • Ensure high levels of customer service are provided at all times

  • Manage and resolve all customer complaints as required

  • Manage showroom rostering and ensure adequate planning during peak sale periods

  • Be aware of competitor sales and promotions

  • Strictly enforce and comply with all company Quality, Health, & Safety and Environment policies and procedures

  • The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, either as a Manager or an Assistant Manager

  • Previous experience using SAP an advantage

  • Proven success consistently achieving sales targets

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Clear communication skills

  • Proven experience leading a team to achieve outstanding results
